De Rionegro Santander, un campesino de 45 años casado y padre de dos hijos. Responsable, amigable, con experiencia en gestión de proyectos agrícolas y reservas campesinas. Tiene un gran conocimiento en el tema de energías alternativas. Hace parte del Colectivo de Reservas Campesinas y Comunitarias de Santander.
Environmental and social activist, graduate of the Escuela Territorial y Agroecológica Manuel Quintín Lame and the Escuela de derechos de las mujeres Cacica Dulima. Founder of the Multifaceted Cooperative Coosaviunidos and of the Fondo Comunitario Rotatorio del Sur del Tolima Focost, of which she is the coordinator. This fund incorporated a line of support for projects that offer energy alternatives, an experience that has been recognized as meritorious in the Virtual Exhibition.
She has a background in cooperativism, solidarity economy and women's rights. It currently supports the project "Alternative energies as an engine for local development", which is aimed at strengthening the vision of the communities in the face of problems such as the crisis and climate justice, the promotion of initiatives that strengthen the government and autonomy of the communities, the defense of water, seeds and biodiversity, as well as the ecosystems associated with the livelihoods of the communities.
